Our focus is tight radius specialty forms, including 1D bending. Our shop is able to fabricate lines ranging from 1/16" to 4 1/2" to suit a wide variety of customer needs. Rotary draw bending is performed to consistently meet demanding standards such as MIL-D-9898, AS33611, and MS33611. And our advanced CNC bending capabilities allow for highly precise, multi-axis forming of complex geometries while maintaining strict tolerances and efficient throughput. We also offer comprehensive end forming services, such as beading, flaring, roller swaging, and elastomeric swaging, for many functional and assembly requirements.
Our machining process pairs both conventional and CNC machining to enable flexible, end-to-end solutions that meet a wide range of customer requirements. We refine parts using manual mills, lathes, and other equipment—ideal for prototyping, simple geometries, and quick adjustments. And we employ CNC machining for computer-controlled precision to produce complex components with exceptional accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency.
Our certified brazing processes adhere to rigorous industry specifications, including AWS C3.4, AWS C3.7, and MIL-B-7883, to deliver strong, reliable joints suitable for high-performance and high-reliability environments.
